IASA journal, issue 41 is here!

I'm thrilled to announce the release of IASA journal, issue 41. The hard copies are in the mail to members and subscribers. Here's hoping they arrive before you head out to Vilnius for the conference. A table of contents is available on the IASA website (http://www.iasa-web.org/iasa-journal-no-41-september-2013). Members can log in to access PDFs of the journal.

Thanks to all the authors for submitting excellent work and for sharing their thoughts and activities for the greater good.
