I'm thrilled to announce the release of IASA journal, issue 41. The hard copies are in the mail to members and subscribers. Here's hoping they arrive before you head out to Vilnius for the conference. A table of contents is available on the IASA website (http://www.iasa-web.org/iasa-journal-no-41-september-2013).
