As you know, 2020 is an election year for the IASA Executive Board. As stated in the IASA constitution: “The Executive Board shall be elected by the members of the Association. The International Association of Sound and Audiovisual Archives (IASA) is now accepting applications for the IASA Research Grant to encourage and support research and publication within the field of audiovisual archiving and preservation.

Dear all,
The joint 51st IASA Conference and 44th FIAT/IFTA World Conference hosted by RTÉ, was due to be held from 26 to 29 October 2020, in Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainties it brings, the Organising committee has made the decision to host a virtual conference instead of a physical meeting.
Despite the changed circumstances, we will endeavour to make this a successful event. We look forward to having you join us online!
