PrestoCentre produces video clips on digital audiovisual preservation

PrestoCentre and the Presto4U project celebrate the World Day for Audiovisual Heritage on October 27, 2013 with a series of short video clips highlighting the key issues and challenges of audiovisual digital preservation within different audiovisual sub-sectors:

• What is the value of AV collections in each community?
• What are the key challenges for AV preservation?
• What are the current activities in preserving and managing AV collections or archives?
• What are the ideas, plans and ambitions for the future?
