2017 World Day for Audiovisual Heritage

The 2017 World Day for Audiovisual Heritage (WDAVH) will take place on 27 October!

 

The WDAVH is an opportune time to hold public events to promote the importance of audiovisual heritage, and to advocate for increased usage, support, and funding for our vital collections.

 

Please participate and post information about your events on the CCAAA* (Coordinating Council of Audiovisual Archives Associations) website (http://www.ccaaa.org/)!

 

You can post information about your event in a simple online form on this page (http://www.ccaaa.org/pages/Events/World-Day-2017.html). 

 

You can then browse through that page to consult the WDAVH programs submitted by all the other audiovisual heritage institutions around the world.

 

*CCAAA is the umbrella organization of all of the following professional organizations: AMIA, ARSC, FIAT/ IFTA, FIAF, IASA, ICA, FOCAL International and SEAPAVAA. Please note that all of our organizations’events are also listed on the CCAAA website for current and future reference.
