Dear colleagues --
This year's IASA conference in Berlin will feature three keynote speakers during the course of the week. We will be promoting each of these idea leaders leading up to the conference.
I am happy to introduce you all to the second keynote speaker: Bergis Jules.
Bergis Jules is the University and Political Papers Archivist at the University of California, Riverside, where he manages university archives, political papers, African American collections, and community archives projects.

GRANT OPPORTUNITY REMINDER: Funding for Digitization of At Risk Audiovisual Recordings
The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) will begin accepting applications on June 1, 2017 for the second call of the 'Recordings at Risk' program, a national re-granting program administered by CLIR to support the preservation of rare and unique recordings of high scholarly value in the United States. Generously funded by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation the program will award a total of $2.15 Million in three open competitions in 2017-2018.
