JMRO is now is calling for English language articles of the highest international scholarly standards in the areas of Composition, Early Music, Ethnomusicology, Gender Studies in Music, Interdisciplinary Studies in Music, Music Education, Music Technologies, Musicology, Performance Practice, Popular Music
Articles in other areas considered appropriate by the editor will also be considered for publication.
