Dear IASA Members,
In preparation for the Conference General Assembly on 27 October 2020 15.00-17.30 GMT, I am writing to inform and request your approval of two items that I will propose and discuss at the General Assembly. As our GA is virtual this year, I am sending you this message in advance to streamline the voting process. The Executive Board seeks approval to create two new committees. All current IASA committees and sections are focused on the field of audiovisual archiving. We seek to create two new committees that support the operations and agenda of IASA itself.

The Executive Board is happy to announce that we have assembled a great group of people to organize our conference through the Planning and Programme Committees. The Programme Committee will report to the Planning Committee. Zane Grosa, IASA VP of Conferences, will oversee all conference matters. The Programme Committee will be co-chaired by Pio Pellizzari and Tre Berney. I trust that these committees will afford and create a forward-thinking conference that aligns with the spirit of inclusion. This is what IASA looks like.

This online bibliography has been compiled collaboratively by Peter Laurence, Filip Sir, and a team of two students on behalf of the IASA Discography Committee. Many contributions were also made by individual collectors and discographers, as well as colleagues from peer associations and memory institutions.
Once complete, it will include information about all current and out-of-print discographies published worldwide in print and electronic formats, including unpublished work in progress.
