 The 12th Film Restoration and Preservation Workshop
   
As the 12th edition of Japan's longest-standing film archival training course, this workshop is organized this year in Tokyo by the group of film lab technicians and archivists and with the support of National Film Center.  Open to the public including overseas students (pls note that teaching language is Japanese).
  

Baltic Audiovisual Archival Council (BAAC), Lithuanian Central State Archive and Lithuanian Archivists’ Association are organizing the international workshop “The Management of Audio and Video Collections” in Vilnius 4-5 September, 2017 that will be hosted by Lithuanian Central State Archive.

We are pleased to announce the final programme for the workshop “Metadata Management in Film Archives – Putting the Cinematographic Works Standard EN 15907 to use and introducing the new FIAF Cataloguing Manual”. It will be held at the ZEM in Potsdam,  29-30 March 2017.
