ARSC's 52nd annual conference will be held May 9-12, 2018 in Baltimore, Maryland. The conference programs will take place at the Radisson Baltimore Downtown-Inner Harbor, situated near Baltimore's historic seaport. Nearby attractions include Oriole Park at Camden Yards, National Aquarium, Walters Art Museum, John Hopkins University, George Peabody Library, and Maryland Science Center.

The Annual Conference in 2018 will be hosted by the National Archives of Cameroon. The event, including governance meetings, will take place in Yaoundé between 26 and 30 November 2018.
