Norwegian sound archives conferece
The conference takes place every two or three years, and this year it will be on October 17th and 18th in the The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, NRK’s premises here in Oslo. The program will focus on sound as documentation, sound in historical research, the cultural meaning of sound and various ways of presenting sound material both online and in exhibitions. We are also having a session on concert/music documentation and how this material is valuable in the study of music both historically and esthetically.
